With the objective of implementing the Standard ISO 14.001 as an Environmental Management System, which controls the general actions of Viñedos Torreón de Paredes S.A., both internally, and in the relationships with their suppliers, contractors and all those parties interested in the subject of the environment, the Board of Directors of this company, has dictated and unanimously approved the following environmental policy:

Viñedos Torreón de Paredes S.A., is a viticultural company dedicated to the production of fine wines, produced and bottled at origin, and grown in their own vineyards located in the Cachapoal Valley, Rengo, VI Region.

Faithful to their tradition as a producer of wines, and conscious of the importance to support and help in the care and preservation of the environment, they commit to:

• Comply with the Environmental Legislation and Regulation, and those environmental commitments voluntarily adhered to, applicable to their activities, products and services.
  
• Develop and implement an Environmental Management System, with defined environmental aims and objectives, which contribute to the completion of the policy, applying the concepts of continual improvement and prevention of contamination, at all operational levels.
• Actively encourage the contractors and suppliers of the Company to have the concern, conscience and environmental development coherent with this policy.
• Instigate an environmental conscience in all their employees, regarding the use of environmental practices that allow for a sustainable development, and which respect and protect the flora and fauna.
• Share their experience in the environmental area, through a system of internal communication and communication with the interested parties. This approval has as its principal objective the formalizing of the Environmental Policy of the Company.
